Hey there Captains...Please note that the Elks Club closes at 1030pm on Wednesdays....So if some or most of your team can start playing at 7 pm instead of 730pm. That would be great!! Call your opponents team to see if it will work for both teams.. Call me for their phone number.

Upcoming Events:

We will have 2 weeks off for Christmas. The 25th of December, and January 01st. Back to playing pool on January 08th, 2025, thru to April 09, 2025 inclusive.

In-house Tournaments:

Ladies Tournament Saturday February 08, 2025. At the Metro Cafe at 10 am.
Men's Tournament Saturday February 22, 2025. At the Metro Cafe at 10 am.
Scotch Doubles Tournament Saturday March 08, 2025, yes at the Metro Cafe, yes at 10am.
Playoffs will be Saturday and Sunday April 12 and 13, 2025. You need matching team shirts for this event. We will start at 10 am, on the Saturday, and I will let you know the time for the Sunday later.

Out of Town Tourneys:

There is no Naniamo Tournament this season. It will return next season in November of 2025.

Penticton.. At the Lakeside Hotel Feb 04 to 09, 2025. 2 weeks of play is needed.

Calgary.. At the Acadia Rec Centre from Tuesday April 29 to Sun May 04, 2025. 40 games are needed. Team play is Friday PM May 2nd, or Saturday AM May 3rd. You need to be there on the Friday, by 4pm, as we sometimes do not find out that you have to play on the Friday at 6pm, until the night before.
Vegas Dates are Sat May 10 to 17, 2025. At the Westgate Hotel. Team play starts Wednesday May 14, 2025, usually at 9 am.

I am so sorry to announce that there will not be a Banquet this year. We can not afford it due to the increased cost of every thing now. This feels very weird to me, but it is what it is.

Please note in scheduling, that when you are playing, Its a Bye, it does mean your team has the night off. There will be more scheduling coming.
